Late Arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15
minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and will need to be rescheduled.
Late Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will result in a £20 fee per hour appointment. We will either take this from your deposit or add to your next appointment.
No Shows
In the case of missing your appointment, you will lose your deposit for the missed service. Two or more missed appointments will result in us
taking the full-service amount as a deposit.
Patch Test
All colour and perming clients require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Any new or existing clients that have not had a colour or perming service with The Hair business in the past 6 months will require a patch test. If a client does not have an up-to-date patch test on record, then the service may have to be adjusted accordingly or the appointment rearranged for a later date.
Service Guarantees & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
Right To Refuse Service
Our salon stylists have the right to refuse any service if we feel it would not be suitable for the hair, or if the manner of the client is inappropriate or disrespectful.
